This manual was created by my partner and I as part of our work in the 2020 Small Business Consulting course, where we worked with Realcare. This 28 page manual has allowed the company to better serve its clients by completing this complicated process for them.

CAMPUS AMBASSADOR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT

This is a brief overview of the Instagram Account I managed in my role as a Campus Ambassador with the Imprint Case Conference. Materials were given to Ambassadors by the Imprint team, and we published them on a schedule to deliver a consistent brand message across provinces.
